We had a wonderful time meeting some like minded and very innovative people and companies, working towards reducing carbon usage and working more sustainably.

We had a productive meet with Helen Browning OBE from the Soil Association and interesting encounter with Adam Hanson from Countryfile. We saw how drone technology can be very beneficial in farming, new energy efficient, electric and low carbon farming vehicles, carbon measuring, current and future biomass materials, crops and usage, Agriconnect, meaningful discussions with NFU Energy and and many more.

Some events and courses attended last year

All of these were really exciting and informative, totally different but all relevant, with lots of talks, hands on training, networking and lots of fun.  At the fantastic Blue Earth Summit, amongst many others, we listened to an interview with Deborah Meaden and at CogX an interview with Steven Bartlett.  The Agroforestry Show was held by the Soil Association and the Woodland Trust, a scorching hot couple of days, but so useful.  The British Society of Soil Science took us out into the fields followed with informative talks from people within the industry.  At these events, it was great to meet so many likeminded individuals working towards the same goals.
