An event-based contribution model delivered by Flights For Their Future CIC
Greener-Gigs enables artists, productions and events to direct contributions into FFTF’s UK woodland and biodiversity projects alongside specific moments in culture.
Greener-Gigs was developed to offer a modest, credible way for cultural activity to support long-term land stewardship, without offsets or claims. It is designed to sit quietly alongside the event, shaped by the artist, production or organiser rather than by messaging.
Participation in Greener-Gigs is led by the artist, production or event. Contributions may take the form of a fixed amount or a percentage of ticket revenue, made by the participant through FFTF. There is no add-on, surcharge or action required from audiences.
Audiences attend, experience the event, and enjoy it — nothing more is asked of them.
What We Do
Through Greener-Gigs, Flights For Their Future CIC directs contributions into long-term woodland creation, habitat restoration and biodiversity projects across the UK.
This work focuses on native tree planting, habitat connectivity, replacement and aftercare, with an emphasis on lasting ecological value rather than short-term visibility.
