Our refund return & exchange policy.
Overview
Our refund return & exchange policy on clothing lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
Our clothing merchandise is of high quality. In the unlikely event there is any damage to the garment, this must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the goods stating the reason for return and if you would like a refund or a replacement item sending out. Photographic evidence may be required.
Please note you are not eligible for a refund due to sizing as all garments are made to order using our bespoke designs. We use UK standard sizing. So please check carefully before you order. Bear in mind that these are unisex sizes in the eco-hoodies, eco-sweatshirts and standard eco-t-shirts.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or the incorrect item was sent. If you need to return or exchange it, please send us an email at [email protected] containing as much information as possible and send your item to: Flights For Their Future CIC, 11 Dormer Place, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV32 5AA. Once your item is reviewed, we will send a replacement out as soon as possible and should be received within 7-10 working days thereafter.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items such as trees planted by us on one of our projects. If one is deemed unsuitable, we will use a replacement of good quality. Additional non-returnable items are gift or greeting cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please notify us within 5 working days if the item is damaged
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
When the item is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days. If you have requested an exchange, it will be posted out to you in 7-10 days once received.
If you haven’t received a refund within this time period, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items can only be refunded to the price it was purchased at.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If we do not receive your item, please follow this up with the postal service or courier you used.
